This is a blog that is dedicated to our family and friends that have battled cancer. We love, support, and honor you. We are proud to be close to you. To show our support, we are running in the Susan G Komen series of Race for the Cure in locations wherever we are. We hope that our list of followers will grow and grow and our cancer warriors will feel our love.

Monica Hale

Let me introduce you to sweet Monica Hale. Known by all her friends as "Moni". I met Moni in the fall of 2001. Moni has changed the lives of many of the people that knew her personally, and many people that just knew of her. Moni loved being physically active, she was always willing to try anything. She was very adventurous. She loved cutting hair, once she cut your hair you were hooked. She loved what she did. She has a very kind and sweet spirit. Monica was diagnosed with cancer in 2002. She was 27 years old. Throughout Moni's struggle with cancer, she never lost hope, she was so optimist and positive. She was always taking care of the people around her, when really she was the one that needed the help. Heavenly Father brought Moni home in July of 2003. We love you Moni, we run for you!
